Fieldstown Volunteers provides emergency services through the following
teams and programs;
Diasater Response Team (DRT)
The Disaster Response Team is responsible for incidents that involve severe weather, downed trees/limbs, flooding, man-made disasters, and other large scale emergencies. The DRT is also responsible for storm spotting and relaying weather related information to the other divisions and local agencies.
SERVICES
Reserve Corps
The Reserve Corps is a special division that is made up of individuals who are on call to respond to emergencies when requested to do so by an organization officer. Reserve Members also assist at local events and provide logistic support at large scale operations.
First Aid Squad
The First Aid Squad is responsible for incidents that involve medical emergencies, missing or trapped persons, and the treatment of victims.. The First Aid Squad also provides medical standby at local events and assists the Disaster Response Team with large scale operations.
Cadet Program
The Cadet Program is a group of youth individuals who, like Reserve Members, respond to assit at emergencies when requested to do so. Cadet members are youth between the ages of 12 and 14 who are unable to join the organization as a member due to age restrictions.
